We’ve lost almost a million people to the COVID pandemic in the US. There’s a great resignation happening as millions of people reject toxicity in the workplace and leave their jobs. Or $19/$1? Rationally, any offer is better than no offer, so people should be motivated to accept any deal. But in reality, most people are offended by obviously unfair splits.
